Featuring hours of new gameplay, themed environment settings and new characters/enemies, Festival of Blood explores the darker side of the InFamous universe. In the new DLC InFamous 2: Festival of Blood he was turned into a Vampire, but was able to save himself. However, this event resulted in Cole gaining power over electricity. To save his soul and city, he has just one night to find and kill the head vampire. In the midst of his delivery however, his package exploded, destroying half the city and killing millions.
